Customer Satisfaction Results 2016
We recently carried out a number of annual customer surveys across our business areas. The surveys have informed our decision making process and action planning is taking place to identify where we need to improve.
Overall 76% of our customers who responded said they were satisfied with the services we provide. Throughout 2017 we will continue to develop and improve our services by taking on board your feedback and customer insight.
