Following the disruption resulting from Industrial Action taken by the GMB Union on Friday 1st April 2016, we have now completed all collections which were due to be made last Friday 1st April 2016.
We appreciate that this has caused an inconvenience to some residents and we would like to apologise for this. We would also like to thank everyone for their patience whilst we have been working to clear the backlog. If anyone is still concerned about their black bin or blue bin and box collection from last Friday we would urge them to contact the Veolia Call Centre on 0114 2734567.
