• Veolia UK | Proposed Rye House energy recovery facility   Proposed Rye House Energy Recovery Facility In 2015 Hertfordshire disposed of a substantial 265,000 tonnes of waste that could not be reused, recycled or composted. Veolia's proposed solution uses that waste to generate electricity to power 69,000 homes. The facility will create 300 construction jobs and 40 permanent roles and is just 60% by volume of our original proposal.
