Employees pitch their ideas to a panel of experts including our Executive Committee and representatives from customers like Procter & Gamble and GlaxoSmithKline. In 2013, the chosen theme was ‘manufacturing green products’. Ideas are funded, piloted and scaled up where successful – empowering our people to shape a better future.

In 2013, eight innovations were taken through to incubation. These ideas work to close the loop of our customers' waste streams, using this waste to manufacture new products.
