The facility open days Veolia London will be having in 2019
At Veolia we are proud of our state-of-the-art facilities. Every year we open our doors to the public during London's Open House Event, providing invaluable insight into how we collect, treat and process the capital's waste.
Southwark IWMF
On Saturday 21 September, tours of the facility will take place throughout the day (10am to 4pm). The open day is a fun day out for all the family. It also provides a thought-provoking and intriguing insight into how your rubbish is actually a resource that can help us build a sustainable future.
The Southwark Integrated Waste Management Facility is able to handle over 200,000 tonnes of waste annually, separating mixed recycling ready to be turned into new products. And turning general waste into a low carbon fuel.

SELCHP
SELCHP will be open to visitors on Sunday, 22 September as part of the Open House London 2019 event.
The facility will be open to visitors from 10 am to 3pm. Come for a self-tour of the facility to find out more about Energy Recovery and SELCHP's District Heating scheme.
Please be advised that appropriate clothing will need to be worn including sensible shoes. Any persons arriving on site wearing open toe shoes will not be permitted on the tour.
