Recycling Fund for Communities

Veolia's recycling fund for communities
Do you have a project that inspires people to do the right thing with their waste?

You could receive a cash boost of up to £2000, in kind resources or staff volunteers to help bring your idea to life!

To be eligible, your project must demonstrate one of the following:
  • It's use of recycled, reused or reclaimed materials
  • The ability to protect and preserve resources or enhance local environments
Double your money

Our standard pledge is a maximum of £1000. However, for 2018 we are offering to double our pledge to a maximum of £2000 for projects with a positive focus on plastic waste!

We want to help small projects make a big difference to their local communities. If you think your project could inspire your neighbours to increase the amount of waste they reuse and recycle, we want to hear from you.

There are two ways to apply

If yours is a small project requiring the maximum pledge amount or less. You can apply directly here.

If you need more than our maximum pledge and/or would like to attract the support of your community, you can set up your project on Spacehive and start crowdfunding today!

It’s easy to join the crowdfunding community
Step 1: Upload your project here.
Step 2: Search Veolia's Recycling Fund for Communities and send us your pitch

You don’t need to be an officially constituted group or organisation to apply to our fund. Show us a great idea and how you plan to get there and we’ll consider all applications over the 2018 summer.
