The competition will run from 4 to 8 May and thirty winners will be chosen at random. The winners will be notified on social media within two weeks of entry and prizes will be shipped within once lockdown bans are lifted. Please not this may take some months.
In order to manage applicants and to advise if they have won, we will collect social media names from participants. The winning participants will be messaged privately in order to obtain preferred delivery addresses. This competition is open to UK residents only. We will not share this information with any person or organisation outside of Veolia.
We will retain your information for a maximum of 3 years or until you tell us that you wish for your information to be removed. You have the right to ask us for your personal information that we hold and process about you.
You can also request:
a. that any inaccurate information we hold about you is corrected;
b. that we delete information about you in certain situations;
c. that we stop using your personal information for certain purposes;
d. that we don’t make decisions about you by completely automated means;
e. that personal data you have given us be provided back to you in a common machine readable format.
