Olivier will lead the business forward, while still working closely with Frédéric over the coming months to ensure a smooth transition and business continuity.
Since joining Veolia Water UK as CEO, Frédéric has led the business toward a doubling in size, capable of serving the UK commercial water market from an established geographic platform.The proposed sale of Veolia Water's regulated water companies has meant a stronger focus on the non-regulated side and in recognition of this the time was right for Olivier to take up this position.

Olivier will be supported by Andrew Dench, who takes up responsibility as Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Veolia Water UK, as well as retaining his duties as Chief Financial Officer.
