Recycling Centres will be open from 8.00am until 5.00pm in Merseyside and until 6.00pm in Halton
The new recycling service has been launched at Merseyside and Halton’s 16 Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs) this Recycle Week.
From Monday  17th May 2021, residents using cars to access these sites will no longer need to book an appointment.
