The Reduce, Reuse, Recycling Fund, run by Veolia (Nottinghamshire County Council’s waste contractor), is a community fund designed to support projects that inspire people to think differently about waste and resources.
A smile is always appreciated, just like the work of our waste and recycling teams. Show your thanks by drawing a ‘smiling sun’ and displaying it in your window for the whole street to see. #StreetSmiles @VeoliaUK
Residents in Nottinghamshire have helped to raise over £1000 for charity by recycling their waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) at the 12 Recycling Centres in Nottinghamshire. Throughout December and January. Veolia (Nottinghamshire County Council’s waste contractors) offered to donate £5 to charity for every tonne of small WEEE taken to the sites.
