The purpose of the survey is to collect information from Nottinghamshire residents who use any of the County’s Recycling Centres, to find out how we can improve the service we provide.
Councillor Jim Creamer, Nottinghamshire County Council's Chair of Environment and Sustainability Committee said: “Thank you to all Nottinghamshire residents for helping to achieve a current recycling rate of 43%. We want to make sure that your household has an opportunity to contribute to your council area's recycling success. Please complete the online survey to help us to understand how satisfied you are with our recycling services.”
Kevin Parker, Regional Communications Manager for Veolia added: “The Recycling Centres are a key service which currently enjoy a satisfaction rate of 98%. If we can improve in any way then we are keen to listen to the views of Nottinghamshire residents.”
The feedback will assist Nottinghamshire County Council and their waste contractors Veolia to ensure we continue to provide the best recycling services for Nottinghamshire residents within available resource.
