When your festivities come to an end, remember to recycle your tree!

Trees taken to your Recycling Centre can be shredded and recycled into compost.    For every 50 tonnes of trees and other garden waste that you send for recycling throughout January, Veolia (Nottinghamshire County Council's waste contractors) will be donating £100 to charity. This year we are supporting The Ear Foundation, which is the chosen charity of Nottinghamshire County Council’s Chairman Councillor Pauline Allan.   If you missed getting a Treecycle bauble when you bought your real Christmas Tree, you can take your tree to your local Recycling Centre.
