Get Crafty with Recycling!

at the Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

Join us for a free recycled craft workshop where you can learn origami skills to transform old paper and cardboard packaging into useful containers, trinket boxes and even pen cases with the guidance of an expert instructor.

1pm - 4pm on Thursday 21st February 2019

The  free interactive workshop will run for 3 hours including a break where refreshments will be provided. 

Free for Nottinghamshire residents

The workshop is open to any Nottinghamshire residents* aged 7 and over. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

 

All materials for the session will be provided, but if you have any of your own card/paper packaging or paper bags that you would like to transform please bring them with you.

The workshop will take place in the education room at Veolia, Mansfield MRF, Warren Way, Crown Farm Industrial Park, Forest Town,  Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG19 0FL. Please car share if possible

 

The sessions are free but we do ask that if you are unable to attend a workshop you give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the space to people on the reserves list. There are a limited number of places - availability is assigned on a first come, first served basis so booking is advised ASAP.
