With the changes to the water market, which came in to effect on 1 April 2017, most businesses and organisations in England can now choose which company they want to supply their retail water services.
This means that businesses in Tidworth are free to choose their water retailer. A water retailer will provide billing and customer services to businesses and other organisations. Veolia is a registered water retailer and will be providing retail water services to businesses in Tidworth.

It is your choice to maintain your account with our Retail team. From the 1 st April 2017 businesses and other non-household customers are now able to choose their water retailer.
