Bins and boxes need to be out by the kerbside before 7am to ensure collection.
If you have extra recycling, small amounts of extra paper and card can be left out next to your blue bin and box for collection if bundled neatly with string. Alternatively, additional recycling can be taken to the Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs) or to one of over 160 local Bring Sites.
HWRCs will be open normal hours.
However, from Monday 1 April 2013, they will begin summer opening hours.
- Friday 29 March – 10am until 4pm
- Saturday 30 March – 10am until 4pm
- Sunday 31 March – 10am until 4pm
- Monday 1 April – 10am until 6pm
