Have your say on waste and recycling service

Sheffield residents are being asked to ‘have their say’ on the quality of the waste and recycling services they receive through a customer satisfaction survey.

Veolia Environmental Services and Sheffield City Council are keen to find to find out what residents think of the quality of service provided, including the black bin, blue bin and blue box collection services, Household Waste Recycling Centres, and local Recycling Sites.

Five thousand surveys are being posted to random addresses across the city and will arrive this week, but for those that do not receive a survey through the post, the survey is available to complete at www.arpsurveys.co.uk/sheffieldwaste.

The deadline for completing the survey is Tuesday 17 December 2013. All completed surveys will be entered into a prize draw to win £100 in Meadowhall Vouchers.

Lynne White, Communications Manager, Veolia Environmental Services in Sheffield commented: “This is an important survey because it will tell us what you the customer thinks about the quality of the service we provide on behalf of Sheffield City Council. The information we receive will help us to ensure we are providing you with high quality, reliable services as well as helping us to identify and implement further service improvements.’
