HOUSEHOLD RECYCLING CENTRES
- Anyone who is self-isolating or has COVID-19 symptoms MUST NOT visit an HRC site
Household Recycling Centres (HRCs) offer collection points for recyclable materials across Shropshire. They offer recycling facilities for a much wider range of materials than can be collected at the kerbside.
The HRCs are open Monday to Sunday from 9am - 5pm.
All centres will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
We only accept waste that is brought into the site by vehicle.
Larger Quantities of Waste?
Anyone bringing household waste to one of the household recycling centres in a trailer or commercial type vehicle, including hired vehicles, must have an entry permit.
Trade waste cannot be accepted at any of the household recycling centres as this is an illegal activity. For information on permits or trade waste, please contact the Customer Service Centre on: 0345 678 9007.
