Business customers in Tidworth
With the introduction of competition in water retail services for business customers in England from 1st April 2017, Veolia has elected to transfer its business customers in Tidworth to our existing retail operation for billing and associated services.
Our Retail team, which is based in Scotland and specialise as a business retailer, will manage billing, customer service calls and undertake other retail activities for business customers on behalf of Veolia Water Projects.
This change only impacts water retail services for business customers
Veolia Water Projects will continue to provide retail services to household customers and will continue to supply all water and wastewater services to all properties in the Tidworth Water area remaining responsible for water abstraction and treatment, wastewater treatment and maintaining its networks of pipes and sewers.
