From 8 June, both sites return to their usual opening hours of 9am to 5pm (Mon-Fri) and 8am to 5pm at weekends.
Leigh Marshes will be closed on Wednesdays and Stock Road on Thursdays.
Usual restrictions on ‘Commercial Type vehicles’ apply – Sundays only between 12 noon and 4pm.
Make sure your visit is essential. There are likely to be long traffic queues – particularly on Sundays - so please avoid this day and only visit the sites if your household waste really needs to go to the recycling centre right now. Don’t visit if self-isolating.
Follow site and staff instructions. Social distancing measures remain in place for your safety. Anyone who does not will be asked to leave the site immediately.
