Bank holiday bin collections reminder
Bin collections will be a day later next week (week beginning 30 August) due to the bank holiday. For example, collections that would normally be made on Monday 30 August will instead be made on Tuesday 31 August, continuing like this throughout the week. Collections return to normal from Monday 6 September.
Please remember to put your containers out by 7am on your collection day.
Household Recycling Centres open daily
The recycling centres are open daily 9am-5pm Sunday to Friday and 8am-6pm Saturday.
We expect sites to be busy, so if you have to visit please be prepared to queue and be kind.
If you pack your boot by type of recycling and rubbish and check site maps before setting off, you can dispose of your items as you make your way around, which will make your trip easier and quicker. You can ‘view the queue’ before you leave home, but please note that the cameras show if there’s a queue at the entrance, not how long the queue is.
