An online survey is now available to capture the borough’s views on the recycling and waste services. Telford & Wrekin Council and Veolia, the recycling contractor for the borough, are keen to collect views from residents on how the kerbside collections and Household Recycling Centres (HRCs) are performing.
Steve Mitchell, Veolia Area Director - Midlands West said “In just four years, the town’s recycling rate has increased from 43% to 47% and we are very proud of the work we are doing to encourage recycling across the borough. We are keen to hear the views from residents on areas we are performing well at, along with areas where there is scope for us to improve.”
