EnviroGrant Funding

EnviroGrant Telford & Wrekin is now closed for applications.

The EnviroGrant funding scheme is run by Veolia in partnership with Telford & Wrekin Council as part of the added value brought to the borough by Veolia.

EnviroGrant awards grants of up to £1000 for projects that benefit the local community or the environment. This could be projects that improve or protect the local environment through practical action or education, or, projects that improve the quality of life for the local community by providing or improving facilities and resources. Project activities could include promotion and marketing, education and awareness raising, practical equipment and project running costs.

The funding has made the orchard more sustainable for the community and has helped our volunteers to keep the orchard maintained and accessible for all.
