8,200 households across Sheffield have been selected to take part in a weekly food waste recycling trial.
Selected properties in Meersbrook, Woodseats, Burncross, Ecclesfield, Arbourthorne and Darnall will be included in the 12-week project, due to begin on 29 August.
The trial will help us to provide the best possible service when a permanent, citywide food waste recycling service is introduced in the future.
