Free Workshops for Primary Schools in Telford and Wrekin

It is so important to teach the next generation about reduce, reuse, recycle and recover. Our Junior Street Champions programme does just that. We offer workshops on recycling, reducing waste, keeping our environment clean and making compost; alongside school trips to our recycling facilities in Staffordshire. The workshops support the curriculum and there's a certificate up for grabs - so what's not to love!

For details on each workshop please view the leaflet below.  If you would like to find out more or to book a workshop please contact Ruth Jones on 07824 545597 or [email protected]

We're currently adapting our resources to the Coronavirus restrictions and would be happy to explore the possibilities with you, to bring together your curriculum needs with our resources and knowledge.  One digital offering that is ready for you to use,  is a story reading for children aged 3-7 years, about a truck that gets a poorly tummy. The session introduces recycling and the idea that items go in certain bins for recycling, and that there is an impact if the wrong items go in the bins.

So far this year we've worked with Lawley Primary School, The Woodlands Primary School, Hadley Learning Community Primary and St Peter's School Bratton.
