Advent Day 21

'tis the season to tree-cycle!

In the UK we buy between 8 - 10 million real Christmas trees every year.

Each year, thousands of real trees are bought by Nottinghamshire residents and once the season’s celebrations are over, all of them can be taken to any of the County’s Recycling Centres.

Trees taken for recycling are either chipped to make paths in parks and gardens, or shredded for composting, turning waste into a resource.
