Household Recycling Centres

View our Household Recycling Centres

From 1st November, Winter opening hours will be in operation across all Household Recycling Centres in Birmingham. Please check below for individual site details before making your journey.

Veolia Birmingham operates all five Household Recycling Centres in the city,  for the use of Birmingham residents to dispose of their household waste. The Household Recycling Centres take a wide range of items and they’re really useful for waste that can’t be recycled or disposed of via residential collection services or bring banks.

Please note that the sites do get very busy during summer weekends and bank holidays, so if possible use the sites outside of these times. You can also view the queue at each site via the webcams below, before you visit.

Please ensure that before you visit, you have separated your waste by material type. This will help us to recycle more of your waste, make your visit as speedy as possible and will avoid delays for yourself and others.

Email us directly at birminghamhrc@veolia.co.uk for enquiries.
