Save 10% New Customer Promotion:
- Subject to clause 20, this New Customer Promotion (the “Promotion”) is valid from 01 November 2025 until 30 March 2026.
- The Promotion is available to New Customers to Veolia in England, Scotland, and Wales only (Northern Ireland excluded). A “New Customer” means a customer who has not held a Veolia contract within the 3 months preceding this Promotion.
- The Promotion is open exclusively to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises as defined in the Procurement Act 2023.
- New Customers must provide documentation to Veolia proving SME status and may be subject to credit assessment.
- A 10% discount of the cost of your Veolia waste service applies when the New Customer subscribes to two or more waste and recycling streams with Veolia. General Waste collection is mandatory as the base service. The other eligible waste streams include Dry Mixed Recycling, Glass, Paper and Cardboard, and Food Waste.
- Requires commitment to a standard 24-month Veolia service contract, on all waste streams.
- Promotion period begins on the service contract commencement date and applies for the full 24-month contract term.
- The promotion period shall not apply upon any contract renewal or extension beyond the 24-month initial term.
- 30 days written notice to Veolia is required for any cancellation. Early contract termination by the New Customer will result in early termination fees in accordance with the relevant service contract and the New Customer shall immediately lose the promotional discount under these terms.
- Service availability is subject to Veolia’s geographic coverage and site accessibility.
- Setup fees, deposits, container provision, and any additional services not covered by this New Customer Promotion will be charged separately at Veolia’s standard rates.
- All services are subject to Veolia's standard Service Agreement terms and conditions, including service frequency, missed collection policies, and operational requirements.
- Veolia reserves the right to adjust pricing in accordance with Veolia’s standard contract terms, including annual price reviews.
- This promotion cannot be combined with any other Veolia promotions or discounts.
- Veolia shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure of the New Customer.
- This promotional offer is limited to one redemption per customer and applies to all waste stream services agreed to as part of the same contract.
- Veolia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time, for whatever reason, without prior notice.
- Veolia’s total liability to the new customer, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), for breach of statutory duty, under indemnity, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with this New Customer Promotion shall be limited to a sum equal to the 10% discount calculation.
- New Customer information will be processed in accordance with Veolia's Privacy Policy.
- Any disputes will be handled through Veolia's standard complaints procedure.
- These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
