How to apply
To apply you will need to have a 2:1 (or higher) Bachelor’s degree in a related subject and be eligible to work in the UK.
If you meet that criteria then we want to hear from you!
Apply online by following our application process. This keeps things consistent and fair for everyone. The application may challenge you, but don’t worry, it helps us to see your potential.
Following the online application, your next task is to complete gamified assessment challenges. If you are successful in this part of the process we’ll invite you to attend a virtual assessment day and then a face-to-face site visit.
At each stage one of our Early Careers team will be in touch with you to let you know how you performed and if we’d like to see you again. We know how important feedback is, so we’ll share constructive commentary whether you’re successful or unsuccessful.
Before you apply, the best thing you can do is make sure you understand the graduate programme and the development on offer. We also suggest following us on social media to see what we've been up to. A little research goes a long way!
What we want to see
Do you have passion, ambition and an eagerness to learn? Perhaps you have some innovative ideas to help tackle climate change or you work really well in diverse teams?
If any of these attributes sound like you, we want to hear from you!
As a graduate your journey with us begins with a packed three-day induction. It’s how we welcome you to Veolia, the graduate development programme and set you up to succeed with a big dose of excitement and inspiration!
Across the three days, guest speakers and experts from across Veolia will deliver a range of sessions to help you understand our business. This includes a welcome from our Executive Vice-President, Gavin Graveson. Through him you’ll learn all about Veolia, our strategy and our purpose of ecological transformation. And you’ll hear from other members of our Executive Committee as they deliver further insight about Veolia.
Finally, your induction is the first opportunity to meet your graduate peers and start to build your network while having lots of fun. Think team dinners, games and lots of prizes up for grabs!
