Terms and Conditions for Birmingham City FC signed shirt prize draw
A) This competition is run by Veolia ES (UK) Limited. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
B) The prize draw is open to children who take part in the recycling game at the Veolia stand at the Birmingham City match on Saturday 19th September 2026. Entry must be submitted by a parent or guardian, using the QR code at the stand. One entry per child.
C) The competition closes on Saturday 19th September at 6pm BST.
D) The prize is one signed shirt (a senior men's shirt). There is no cost to enter or to receive the prize. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
E) The winner will be picked at random after the closing date and contacted using the details given on the entry form, within seven days of the closing date, to arrange delivery of the prize.
F) Personal data collected on the entry form will only be used to run the prize draw and arrange delivery of the prize, and will not be used for marketing or shared with anyone else.
G) Veolia reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond its control. The decision of Veolia regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
H) These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
