Terms and Conditions for Festive Spin the Wheel Competition:
A) This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over who are customers of Veolia UK. Employees of Veolia UK, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
B) Multiple entries from the same individual will result in disqualification. A maximum of five (5) entries per company or business will be accepted; exceeding this limit will result in disqualification of all entries from that company or business.
C) The competition closes on Friday 26th December at 5pm GMT.
D) There are seven (7) High Street Gift Cards to be won: one with a value of £100, and six with a value of £25. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
F) Winners will be notified via the email address provided on the data collection form within 7 days of the competition closing date. It is the winner's responsibility to check their email inbox, including any spam or filtered folders, for the notification.
G) Any personal data supplied will be used solely for the administration of the competition and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Data will not be shared with third parties except as required for prize fulfilment.
H) Veolia UK reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond its control. The decision of Veolia UK regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
I) These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
