As part of Veolia’s drive towards a more sustainable and responsible environment, we will switch to paperless billing. To ensure your transition to paperless is a smooth experience, we’ve pulled together the answers to some key questions.
Creating a Customer Hub Account
If you don’t have a Customer Hub account, you can create one by raising a ticket here and selecting “Adhoc Service Request” against the Query Type option. We will arrange to set it up. You’ll need your account number to raise a ticket, which can be found at the top right of a historical invoice.

How do I access the Customer Hub?

Why am I not getting a paper bill any more?

What benefits will I experience by using Veolia’s Customer Hub?
You will be able to access your invoices earlier, raise queries straight away, access important account information anytime, anywhere and pay online too. The Customer Hub makes managing your waste a whole lot easier.
How do I access my monthly invoices moving forward?
You can access your invoices through your Customer Hub Billing area.
You can log-in here or you can create a new account by raising a ticket here. We will arrange to set it up.
Remember: You’ll need your account number to raise a ticket, which can be found at the top right of a historical invoice.
I’ve forgotten my username and/or password for Veolia’s Customer Hub. What should I do?
If you’ve forgotten your log-in details, do not worry. You can reset them, here.
