The ESPO is a public sector owned professional buying organisation (PBO), specialising in providing a wide range of goods and services to the public sector for over 40 years.
Accessing services through the framework allows public sector organisations to take the stress, time and financial burden out of running a full procurement process, with all companies, like Veolia, who’ve been awarded a place having already been fully assessed for their compliance with all necessary procurement regulations.
From primary schools to universities, the NHS to emergency services and local authority bodies across the UK will now be able to access our comprehensive Hard and Soft FM services.
