Ready to Apply?
Before you apply for our Graduate Development Programme, make sure you’ve read what we expect from our people. You’ll need communication skills, enthusiasm, resilience and ambition – plus a 2:1 degree by the time the programme starts in September 2020.
Eligibility to Work
You need to be eligible to work in the UK without restriction and be able to take up permanent employment with the company. You’ll also need a full driving license. During the recruitment process you’ll be required to provide original documentation.
As part of your application we ask that you provide your CV and answers to a set of competency questions. If we do not receive both your CV and answers to each of the questions, you will not pass the initial screening criteria.
If successful at application stage, you will be asked to complete online numerical and verbal reasoning testing. Should you require support with this, please get in touch with us.
Those who are successful at online testing, will pass through to telephone interviewing. A time will be arranged for a member of our People Development team to contact you for a 30 minute telephone interview.
The final stage will be an assessment centre. This will involve an interview, group exercise and individual exercises which are focused on assessing the competencies and behaviours that enable our graduates to succeed at Veolia.
