When do you open for applications?

When do applications close?

Close dates will be displayed on individual vacancies. Please apply with plenty of time as adverts may close earlier than stated if a high number of quality applications are received.

How many roles are there on the graduate programme?

The number of graduate roles is subject to change as business needs alter. For available graduate opportunities, please see our Apply page.

What are the requirements for a graduate position?

Requirements will differ depending on the graduate role you are interested in applying for and will be clearly stated in each advert.

When do you want me to start?

It is essential that you are able to start with us the first week of September 2021 for a full induction before starting your placement the following week.

I cannot commit to a full 2 year programme. Can I still apply?

No, this is a recruitment drive for graduates to join a 2 year programme and so commitment for the full 2 year period is needed.

I have submitted an application, when will I hear from you?

Applications will be responded to as soon as possible. Please email [email protected] if you have an urgent enquiry. We will not commit to being able to give you any information on your application itself until the closing date.

What can I expect in the 2 year programme?

You will have structured experience of the business. You will also receive an in-depth development programme, structured networking opportunities and site visits.

What training and development will take place during the programme?

You will go through a structured leadership and management development plan as part of the programme. You will also receive further training specific to your role and personal development plan.

What is the graduate salary?

Salary ranges start at £24,000 and pay up to £30,000. This is dependent on the role type, location, qualifications and previous experience. With our engineering, science and technical roles typically paying between £27,000 - £30,000 and our business management and support roles between £24,000 - £27,000. The salary range for each role will be communicated on the role advert.
